最近才開始練投但是喜歡棒球很久了只是台灣的環境...我是高中生(將滿18歲)身高178體重55球速約110~120KM/HR(控球的球速)我很希望增加球速所以開始舉啞鈴伏立挺身拉筋但是我很怕因為進行重量訓練反而導致肌肉硬化造成投球姿勢不順暢甚至球速不增反減有人可以幫我解答問題嗎??另外因為學測將近沒有過
