在12月我有個比賽希望可以增強我的彈跳力以及體力希望可以讓1600公尺秒數從6分7秒進步到5分40秒左右因為每天只有1~2小時的時間能夠練習網路上很多的訓練方法不但複雜又很花時間所以希望能夠有有經驗的大哥來幫我配訓練~小弟平常偶爾打打球洗澡前也會做些伏地挺身以及原地跳但都不多而彈跳力的�
