增加體重的好方法 - 伏地挺身

我目前是高1身高快172但體重只51我是籃球社的有練過控球.Crossover之類的但是搶板或是守人總是被吃體型所以我想增加體重然後練一下這樣就比較不會被吃體型然後我試過吃多一點有時去火鍋店飯吃到飽有到過6碗+一鍋+冰我食量算小我也要再練仰臥起坐.伏地挺身等但還是增不起來...
