4年前有瘦過一次每天不吃晚餐和睡前狂做仰臥起坐從85KG>>>68KG後來慢慢復胖導致現在來到88KG現在每天跑3圈(400M)做30下伏地挺身和仰臥起坐每天做三次每天早餐吃培根蛋餅和雞塊蛋餅配一瓶600cc生活綠茶中午吃大碗肉燥麵晚餐大部分吃20顆水餃配水或豆漿因為有聽說不吃晚餐對瘦身不太好請問可不��
