想問問各位大大增加體力可以怎麼做?因為我是個女生又愛運動,可是很容易喘現在有在上跆拳道,每次的熱身運動做沒幾下就開始很喘而且伏地挺身做不到20下還做得很不標準要怎麼練才能做好?我不希望自己愛練卻還是這種半調子每天大概在家可以怎麼練請各位有經驗的大大幫幫忙囉~...Showmore
