首先感謝大大們進來看我的問題,我目前並無參加田徑或是籃球之類的運動項目單純只是想要強化自己的體能,想問看看有什麼運動可以建議的。目前的力氣不大,舉3磅啞鈴左右手共約150下便會感到疲累...仰臥起坐每分鐘約25下、伏立挺身頂多做到20下是極限跑步1600約得花14分鐘-16分鐘...體能狀況不是��
