太瘦了練伏地挺身 - 啞鈴

我22歲16751.5公斤我是屬於古架子比較小的整個看起來就很瘦如果每天一百下伏地挺身每25下休息還有左右手舉啞鈴各40下幾個月後會比較壯一些嗎?就是看起來不想要太乾扁~我平常都會打籃球一個禮拜至少打個5次吧天氣好的話天天打還是什麼辦法能讓自己變狀一點呢?不要看起來那麼乾扁
