阿阿我現在有做伏地挺身和仰臥起坐仰臥起坐每天70下伏地挺身一天做5組一組25下中間間隔1~3分鐘然後是做一天休息一天有人說這樣肌肉要休息才會長的快雖然我每次做完都已經沒力了但是隔天都不會酸痛這樣還會有效果嗎順帶一提我現在15歲快滿16...Showmore
