我想請教一些剛入伍的阿兵哥一些問題,請問長官是怎麼訓練你們的?例如跑步跑幾公里、伏地挺身幾百下之類的、那些訓練的制度可以告訴我詳細一點嗎?因為本人運動神經很差,所以我想趁當兵之前把這些訓練訓練得很好,到時候才不會那麼累。如果可以請告訴我陸軍、海軍對剛入伍的訓練是怎樣訓��
