我的身高175體重略胖85左右手臂算壯但肚子不知道都瘦不下來我想知道去gym的先後順序是什麼要先舉啞鈴還是跑步???肚子最不知道怎麼瘦!!!肚子很大希望懂的人可以教我怎麼練成六塊肌!!!另外要差不多多久?是不是應該先瘦一點再練我不是想要很壯那種想像周杰倫或羅志翔那種身材就好有��
