我身高172cm國小六年級我跳起來可以摸到270cm的地方我知道標準籃框305cm還要增加大概50cm的彈跳力才能灌籃我試著訓練彈跳力每天腳尖上提200下提啞鈴跳30下靠牆蹲坐1分半鐘請問這樣訓練有效增強嗎又要多久的訓練時間還有哪些訓練方法能在短時間內爆增彈跳力(不要上半身訓練)
