一開始舉啞鈴集中彎曲姿勢不像網路上標準練完過一陣子會酸痛後來我集中彎曲姿勢達到標準出力地方在手腕發現手腕在痛練二頭肌出力地方式上臂下臂還是手腕?(聽說練完會酸痛才會有效)
