快要放假了,本身有再練羽球但是卻沒有場地可以練習所以希望在暑假的時候自行練習我目前是想說著重在重訓+跑步[設備算是滿充足的有游泳池+重訓室]我想把手腕力以及一些肌力練好另外就是體能的部分了想請問各位大大有什麼建議或者課表之類的?...Showmore
