本人目前是高3的學生!是最近才開始練拳擊!我每天做伏地挺身&仰臥起坐來&跳繩&拉筋來加強身體!但是幾個禮拜下來!我發現到身體是比較壯&柔軟了!但是不知為何!我卻覺得我出拳的速度是越來越慢了!?這是為什麼啊!?是我個人的錯覺嗎???有什麼訓練方法可以增加出拳的速度&準度
