請問要如何練出二頭肌胸肌腹肌和肩膀因為常常背重的書包所以肩膀常常在痛希望可以練出肩膀讓自己比較沒那麼痛還有請問要如何做出正確的伏地挺身每當撐下去的時候手腕關節處就會痛是因為太胖了撐不住還是如何請大家來幫我解答謝謝了
