我現在是用10公斤的啞鈴來練是先兩手各拿一枝平舉至胸前然後再做擴胸的的動作((將手臂往後拉把胸口挺出請問大大們這樣做對練胸肌有效嗎還是只有手臂有練到??或是大大們有沒有什麼更好的方法可以教我呢??感激感激~!!...Showmore
