我22歲身高172體重145磅!有些人都說我很瘦!但我並不覺得我真的很瘦!因為我已經有啤酒肚了!有沒有人可以可以給點建議該如何瘦啤酒肚?聽別人說做仰臥起坐有用!我睡前會做了30-60下,但做了一個多禮拜!感覺都沒啥用!還有胸肌跟手臂要怎麼練?做伏地挺身真的可以練胸肌跟手臂嗎?我一天大概會做個30下伏��
