大家好,我現在十四歲,一直瘦瘦的,所以想讓自己變壯點,比較好看。最近買了兩個八磅啞鈴,每天舉差不多五十下以上,或有時伏地挺身二十下。請問這樣會長不高嗎?有點怕怕的,最近是有在加上跳繩一百下以上。現在我這個年紀如果要讓自己變壯,每天攝取熱量差不多要多少?
