我最近在練肌肉...聽別人說舉啞鈴8到12下就好了舉到12下以上就是在練耐力了我現在一天的量是這樣:3KG啞鈴雙手各舉50下5KG啞鈴雙手各舉25下仰臥起坐30下伏地挺身20下而且每星期還會去健身房這樣做會不會太多了??還是剛剛好??...Showmore
