我是苗栗某一個國中球隊的隊員!今天三年級身高180.5體重70當投手..現在球速120左右!請問下盤跟腳肌力要怎麼練..?我也是田徑隊的..但棒球只有星期三在練而田徑是每天練==我每天都有在跑步..教練出課表!!我2天跑一次3公里.坐一次重量訓練練手臂一組12下分3組每天都作70個伏地挺身但我不知該如何真正的�
