資格:1.目前是國三生(身高:182公分,體重:93公斤)2.右投(像小史的動作),球速大約120公里,一天大約投100球3.球種:四縫線直球、滑球、曲球、指叉球、伸卡球,投2休5我想的訓練內容:1.慢跑要幾圈2.100公尺衝刺幾次3.伏立挺身幾下4.仰臥起坐幾下5.舉啞鈴幾下(幾公斤的)#還有什麼需要的請幫我順便回答一下��
