我想要開始練習慢跑,我試過我跑操場可以跑兩圈是極限了(一圈是三百公尺),這種距離對即將要去陸戰隊當兵的我來說,進去一定會被操死。我發現我跑步跑完,都是下半身的肌肉酸,像是膝蓋附近的肌肉,小腿的肌肉,呼吸也亂七八糟的,我根本不知道怎麼調整呼吸,我在想會不是會因為我的體重��
