我現在是國三約173公分約54公斤肚子有點肉1這樣練得出腹肌或胸肌嗎?2練腹肌要仰臥起坐,可是現在是國三,只有早上和晚上回到家以後才能做,成效好像不大,假如增加仰臥起坐的次數效果會較好嗎?3我知道練胸肌要伏地挺身,但是我做不到五下就撐不住了!改用舉啞鈴的方法,但是我家沒啞鈴,��
