個人身體狀況:目前我是國3學生.身高164拔體重48拔80公尺秒數11秒出頭或10秒末拔小弟我還想在更快每天都有去操場慢跑3公里.假日6公里也有在舉啞鈴(20磅的)和仰臥起坐(躺椅的)想請"資深"田"徑"的"教練"依我的個人身體狀況(詳細)幫我安排一列鍛鍊100M短跑的菜單(再操場上就能夠鍛鍊的
