我現在是高二生了,172cm,64kg身材微胖由於通車的關係,每天早上6點出門,晚上6點到家到家之後吃了飯,休息一下大約7點半左右晚上9點左右開始洗澡,10點睡覺平常我每天都會跳繩+伏地挺身+仰臥起坐跳繩是每天500-700下不一定(10分鐘以內)伏地挺身1天20下一次做完仰臥起坐100下但是最近覺得訓練量有點
