目前我是國3學生.身高164拔體重48拔80公尺秒數11秒出頭或10秒末拔小弟我還想在更快每天都有去操場慢跑3公里.假日6公里也有在舉啞鈴(20磅的)和仰臥起坐(躺椅的)但我還是想請問專業的田徑短跑教練可以請您給我每日鍛鍊的菜單麻?(目前我已有一雙填充式(可自添加重量的)鐵沙包(腳部)){一雙20�
