我是一個國二生(沒有受過棒球訓練)要如何訓練練臂力.下盤.體力跟腰力呢?我現在都只有作伏地挺身而已要如何加強跟訓練練臂力.下盤.體力跟腰力?投球時要如何用腰力?能給我正確的投球姿勢說講解嗎?騎腳踏車可以練下盤嗎?(我沒有跑步的習慣)我都騎腳踏車上下學我都把變速調到輕的教教我如何練練臂
