有時候看別人穿無袖的衣服手臂的線條很好看要怎麼練呢..???應該說是三角肌和二頭肌這兩快肌肉區分特別明顯我平常就有在做很多肌肉的訓練也有發覺三角肌和二頭肌有開始明顯但是我做很多種類性不知道哪種才是真正主要練到這兩個肌肉的請提供訓練方法(只有22磅啞鈴)另外重量訓練完後吃高蛋白是�
