我有看網路YT裡影片.拉單槓.伏地挺身.一些我作快半年是有一點效果但是不怎麼快.我聽朋友說.要快速鏈大塊二投肌必須吃牛肉.喝鮮奶.我1個大疑問.請各位網友有經驗者幫我解疑惑--+我甚至連家裡水桶都在提但是效果好慢.難道真的跟我飲食有關嗎..我中晚餐逃不了有澱粉類食物..飯.麵這些都是會引響肌��
