我是在學校丟鉛球的,我每天訓練自己伏地挺身60下(一口氣),舉20磅的啞鈴,一天左右手各舉個100下,我都做到很累,我原本力氣就很大了,之前我跟一個人比腕力他三個月前力氣跟我差不多,但我這樣練三個月後我腕力反而輸他,我問他是不是常常練臂力,他說沒有他只是偶爾一個禮拜練一次,我每天練得很辛苦為
