最近覺得自己很瘦所以想變胖長肉,但我的胃卻不怎麼好,所以變胖速度感覺有點慢,所以也不怎麼長肉,這樣的話我要如何變胖才會比較快一點呢?還有我也想把手臂跟手肘變粗,所以每天都會安排時間做服力挺身跟舉啞鈴,但效果好像不是很明顯,是不是要像網路所說做完服力挺身馬上吃蛋在為家舉啞鈴呢?如�
