我國三如果在3分前面投的到框可是一到3分線都會肉包是我太胖還是手腕不夠有力??現在177公分80公斤如何讓手腕更有力??我現在適不適何舉啞鈴??我朋友都說現再如果練重量訓練肌肉變硬骨頭會變重就長不高真的會這樣嗎??做拉竿那些動作是不是要腰力好??怎樣能讓腰力更好??
