我是個男生身高177體重67!!!!!我有舉啞鈴的習慣我都舉那種可以任意更變重量的那種啞鈴!!!!現在舉的事35磅但實際重量還要在加上中間那條鐵槓槓!!!所以實際重量是17.3公斤!!!!!!!我用這個來練2頭肌!!!!舉的方式是站著然後手軸靠在大腿上來一點點那邊!!!!!!然後反覆舉上來再放下去!!!下去的時候手不能碰到��
