小弟目前高三身高170體重58玩棒球純粹跟朋友玩興趣因為之前去打擊場打擊後,整個前臂超酸,教練說我缺乏鍛鍊(當時球速71km)於是每天回家重量訓練一隻手8公斤(舉啞鈴,騎摩托車那種方式)舉個50下可是練了快1個月後投起球來感覺還是慢慢的,不知道哪位大大有何方法可以讓我的球速破百就好,控球��
