我是男生...要怎麼鍛練才能有胸肌阿?我現在170公分56公斤,每天都做伏地挺身,但是效果好像不是太明顯...雖然不是希望要像肌肉男一樣,但至少不要像我現在一樣平平的很難看,跟平常人一樣就好了!
