我並不瘦172/65感覺還好可是看起來就是肉肉的暑假想要練成精壯,穿衣服好看那種仰臥起坐(100下)一開始效果很好,可是後來越來越差,感覺就是只能練成這樣子的肌肉伏地挺身(35下標準)跟仰臥起坐1樣一天都會打籃球3~4hr不喝有糖飲料,不吃消夜看起來是有變壯沒錯可是還是感覺肉肉的很想練成精壯,�
