我今年國三身高182體重62有點瘦(所以想練壯==)還蠻容易流汗的伏地挺身大約3~4就不行了(真的蠻弱的)多辛苦也沒關係我希望練的地方有(手臂腹肌)還有希望能夠短期完成各位好朋友們希望你們能幫幫忙(@.˙+)
