我每天睡前都會做3種...第一種是雙手距離比肩膀寬一點的手指伏地挺身.第二種是與肩同寬的基本伏地挺身.第三種是雙手食指跟姆指靠在一起手掌成心型的伏地挺身...一開始是照順序各做10下一共30直接做完.然後每隔2天其中一種+5下.到現在是40+40+40下.我先做手指的是怕先做別種在做手指的會不夠力導致�
