本人現在是國二男生體動70KG身高171CM請問這樣算標準嗎還有健康報告出爐我的尿酸和血糖異常還有過重請問要如何才能吃的健康又不會變的很胖我的腹部都是肉肉的感覺要怎嚜練才會結實(有點腹肌)伏地挺身我做4下隔天肩膀跟胸膛的交接處一起力就會痛是為何(右手曾經骨折過一直不敢撐下去,也算是缺
