Q1.我平常都是做一天休一天,仰臥起坐作五組一組20下,.伏地挺身的話都是做三組一組10下,我想問一下這樣子可以嗎>!?如果有什麼不妥的話可以給我一點建議嗎...(像是還要再增加次數還是..??)Q2.我的腹肌現在要用力才會很明顯,如果沒有用力的話也是看的出來但是就是不怎麼明顯,但是我已經練了��
