我想要變得比較有力氣(手為主如果可以包含腳的話更好)但是我不想要有一堆肌肉可能嗎?還是有力氣就一定要很多肌肉?我現在作的訓練有每天伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐個50下每個禮拜增加10下腳的部分我是用下面的方法在練http://tw.knowledge.yahoo.com/question/question?qi...請各位給建議或是要幫我想一套訓練方法我都
