我只有做仰臥起坐好像都不會有腹肌耶....而我又是那種沒錢上健身房的人...不知道還有啥方法可以「擁有」nice的「腹肌」!!啊「胸肌」咧??伏地挺身有用嗎??因為我瘦瘦的,所以好像很難有胸肌吧...教教我吧....我想讓自己看起來不要太「弱」.....
