想請問練腹肌跟胸肌除了有仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身外還有哪些方法??我從這幾天開始做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身我每次做仰臥起坐-50下伏地挺身-20下我想在2個月內練成這樣的訓練夠嗎???
