我是一個國一的新生~我想要練胸肌和腹肌~可是我的肚子比胸部大~肚子是圓的~大一些而已~不會太離譜~我的身高162體重42~我有輕微的氣喘~輕微到不會發作~還有貧血~跟營想不良~中午的營養午餐~我有盡量吃了~我還需要增重嗎~我每休息1分鐘可以做10下伏地挺身~每休息1分鐘可以做30下仰臥起坐~希望能不用�
