小弟170公分可是體重85公斤7月份出了車禍大腿骨頭斷裂,所以釘鋼釘還沒出車禍以前體重是90公斤住院10天瘦了10公斤最近小弟又懶的動了大概又胖了5公斤出來醫生說要拆鋼釘的時候我的體重起碼要在65~70公斤以內所以小弟想請問我可以直接做仰臥起坐和伏地挺身嗎?還是要等多餘的肉減掉才能做練肌肉的��
