我有個朋友他教我用一個伏地挺身當初剛做真的很難手很痛不適應==那招他說是當兵用的也是因為我為了要當志願役開始練習這些我不太會描述..我大概說首先手指朝外手臂貼胸手掌的位置差不多在胸部旁邊下去手彎道90度以內(雖然我不知道有沒有彎=="他跟我說每天都要做數百下..因為我做了數個多月
