我98年6月中大學畢業目前165公分87公斤BMI將近32(今天早上量的)發現暑假慢跑加控制飲食一個月,增加2公分但也增加了7公斤==就目前想針對術科考試作訓練和減肥到合格的BMI考試方面有1600公尺跑步、仰臥起坐、單槓(伏地挺身)想問問大家目前我每天早餐和中餐都有控制飲食,晚餐沒吃加上每天晚上慢跑半
