我每天做20個就到極限了我就算死撐也都差不多20左右還會退步大都做一次因為第二次會手軟持續兩星期沒進步了我每天跑步是跑斜坡結果持續兩星期吧還是差不多跑到同一定點腳就撐不住了為什麼都不會進步請教教我謝謝...Showmore
