想請問了解詠春或是練詠春的專家們我很想練詠春拳但在練詠春之前想知道有哪些基本功是必備的?我本身目前從事的體能活動有跑步4000m伏地挺身90下仰臥起坐120下不知道這樣是否足夠?腿功也必須練嗎?...Showmore
