因為到高三了力氣比起一般的男生小了許多想練練力氣在搬東西方面可以更有力因為學校的關係早上7點出門到了晚上9點才回家假日有全天的時間想請問各位大大有沒有一組訓練方式能讓我每天做呢像是伏地挺身幾下加上拉單槓撐幾秒仰臥起坐幾下還有加上握力器跟跳繩裝滿的水瓶要怎麼湊成一組訓練��
